PES founder Ian Rummels is delighted to have been a judge for the UK Employee Experience Awards for the second year in a row.
He evaluated entries for the category ‘Best Company to Work For – SME’. Ian and his fellow judges considered how the category finalists went above and beyond to ensure their employees are happy, productive and engaged.
‘Last year it was a privilege to see how much effort smaller organisations put into delivering a positive employee experience, and this has year has been just as rewarding,’ said Ian. ‘We were all impressed by the winning entry.’
This year’s category champion was VHR, an international technical recruitment organisation which is passionate about the career-enhancing support it provides. ‘VHR was a worthy winner,’ said Ian. ‘Their commitment to the sector is clear, but just as importantly they put the experience of their own employees high up the business agenda.’
PES is deeply committed to creating a good experience for its own people. The company is a former winner in the Wylde IA happiest workplace competition. Ian is well-placed to judge whether other companies display a considered, committed approach to employee wellbeing.
