Childcare vouchers offer a helping hand to working parents against the cost of childcare.
They can choose £243, £124 or £110 of childcare vouchers each month, free of Income tax or National Insurance Contributions (depending on tax rate). You’ll also make National Insurance savings on this benefit.
E-vouchers don’t expire so if the employee’s childcare costs vary each month, they can keep the vouchers for when they have a more expensive month. Vouchers can be used for any registered or approved method of childcare, including after school clubs, nurseries, play schemes and childminders.
