Marketing Manager

Could you spearhead the marketing drive for a dynamic business that’s growing fast? Can you inject flair and creativity into B2B marketing campaigns? If so, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for an experienced marketing manager who can step into a talented team and drive our marketing to the next level. We have a refreshingly different set of products and services for large SMEs and smaller corporates. Now we need someone who can develop and deliver a marketing strategy to generate solid leads and propel the business forward.

You’ll know how to run a small but busy marketing department and have strong project management skills to keep us on track, on time and within budget. But you’ll also be brimming with great ideas, and certainly not above rolling up your sleeves and getting on with the day-to-day.

With quite a few years’ experience under your belt, you’ll be an all-round marketing expert who knows about strategic planning, multi-channel campaign management, content generation, social media, events, competitor analysis and strategic partner marketing. You’ll have a great eye for design and be hands-on in a creative process that delivers sales literature, e-campaigns, web development and more.

We do the bulk of our work in-house with our resident creatives, so if you have agency experience, so much the better (but it’s not a must). And since we’re largely B2B, it’s essential that you know how to engage with other businesses.

Our outstanding Lead Message Co-ordinator is going on maternity leave in September. You’ll get a great induction from her, and then manage the team’s output on a permanent basis, including the work of a hugely talented designer and copywriter. The range of experience is very wide so you’ll need to be able to handle first-jobbers and skilled experts with equal flair.

You’ll be joining us at a very exciting time in our history, as our business grows at a pace that only the fit and the fast can keep up with. Don’t expect this to be a corporate role – we need someone who’s super-organised, but who can ride the waves too!
